What is a giclée print?
Yes. All of our inks are archival, and all of our printing papers are acid-free. Archival ink is designed to resist fading and weathering. It will endure for future enjoyment.
All framed prints, canvas prints, and regular prints (rolled in a tube) receive a UV protective coating. Acrylic prints, metal prints, and greeting cards do not receive a protective coating.
No. Our watermark logo that you may see on some image previews will not appear on your prints. Our logo only appears on the larger images in our print shop pixels website in order to discourage image theft.

Yes, we ship worldwide. FAA/Pixels has the largest print-on-demand fulfillment network in the world, with 16 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries.
Our prints are produced and shipped worldwide from their fulfillment centers located either in the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, or Australia, depending on your destination.
When you place an order it will be automatically routed to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs, speed up delivery times, and hopefully eliminate import tax.
You can calculate final pricing including shipping costs by going through the checkout process as a guest.

We ship all of our products via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination. All prints to be shipped in the Western Hemisphere are produced by the FAA USA printing facility and ship within 3 business days while orders for the UK and Europe will be produced by the UK facility and are fulfilled within 2-5 business days of your order.
The transit time will depend on your location in the world and the selected shipper.

If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on FineArtAmerica.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Sure, you can order a sample kit of paper and canvas types for $5. Purchase a Fine Art America sample print kit, and we’ll send you samples of all seven papers and canvases. Each sample kit ships within 1 – 2 business days of your order date.
We replace it!
We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can’t control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way.
If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us using the form on the following page, and we’ll get a replacement order into production ASAP.
Don’t worry – damage rarely occurs. Fine Art America wouldn’t be in business for very long if it did!
